i’m curious.... i’m an eng 4 and seem to be capped out on pay at $150k salary + 8% bonus (cip bonus plan). what do others get? what is range for eng 5?

    8pct cip is normal for e4. Salary bands are kept top secret by hr but 150k seems like near top end e4

      Any idea how much Eng2 gets in the Denver area ? Base salary and bonus ?
      Also I have 4YOE in the US (5 if internship/Co-op is included) , is an eng 2/3 role where I would be put at ?

    I heard rumors that they'll start to scale the annual performance increase so that if you're above 80th percentile your increase will be less than if someone of same level.. same position.. same performance score... is in the 20th percentile... This helps bring those up who are underpaid, but if you're at the top end of e4 you'll likely need to move to e5 to see significant growth. As someone on the low end of the pay band, I hope thats true

      Denver is nice but for 20 years experience it can go to Oracle (was it in Broomfield, some suburb) and get double.
