Niantic remote work options?

Discussing an opportunity with Niantic atm. Curious if there’s an internal discussion about remote work today or the future?

I like that FB gives this option and would like to keep this optionality, if switching companies.

    They just announced it today. No plans for remote work but we have a flexible schedule where teams would set 3 days in office and 2 days are "flex" either wfh or in office.
