Current TC at Amazon: 145/70 = 215k in Bay Area
L61 Offer at Microsoft in Redmond:-
Year1- 145/20/35 = 200k
Year2- 145/20/35 = 200k
Year3- 145/ 35 = 180k
How much performance bonus one can expect on average? Recruiter mentions 15% and adds it to the TC above to make it look big.
Any scope for negotiation? The numbers don’t look good to me. The above offer is after I told the recruiter I have a competing offer of 280k in Bay Area.

Is there a scope for improvement in the above TC?
So it comes down to TC. 280K vs ~214K
And one more thing is that Microsoft is Redmond offer, so you save on tax. But even then 280K looks attractive.
