Is there a scope for negotiation - Microsoft India offer?

I have the following offer from MSFT for the L64 level.
Which component has scope for negotiation? I don't have any competing offers.

Also, any data points on the L65 promotion path - how long it takes, the scope & expectation of L64 vs L65. I am ready to work for the promotion.

Current TC: 66.35L
Company: Little known enterprise US startup
Base 49L
Bonus: 7.35L
Stock: Yearly worth 10L (ESOPs)

Microsoft Offer
Base: 56L
Bonus: 8.4L (Target 30% - considering only 15% in TC)
Retention Bonus: 4.2L (8.4L over 2 years)
Stock: 27L (150K over 4 years)
First-year TC: 95L

Considering a good jump from my current TC, I am planning on taking this offer. Before accepting, can I negotiate on any of the components?
