So I accepted an offer from company A and every paper work is done. Starting date is next week.
I got another offer from company B last friday and accepted that offer just today without declining offer from company A. I also have submitted their background check.
Is this going to be a problem for company B?

Why would accept an offer so fast knowing you could potentially have another offer coming your way soon?
You could have told Corp B to speed up if they were going to extend you an offer or could have stalled paperwork from Corp A till you see B offer.
There is an old proverb that says, "A homeless found & ate caviar and the world knows"
One time, I saw a company extend offer to candidates they had no intentions to based on the feedback they got after the interviews. All interviewers were on the fence and one said No.
Turns out the first and second candidates turned down the offer as they found something better, third never got back to them, forth decided to stay put. The position had been open for 3 months. HM looked at the candidates they didn't move forward on and extended the offer to the candidate they didn't' even consider in the first place. Initially they rationalize why the candidate wasn't a good fit not to extend an offer and as situations changed they started rationalizing why they could be a good fit. Go figure.
There is supply/demand factor along with timing and luck involved so rule of thumb is if you get an offer get everywhere else you are going to interview or have interviewed in panic mode by saying they need to move fast and stall the offer in hand as long as you can (I i'm not feeling well.. can discuss offer a day after tomorrow?.... I need to speak with my family and weigh in the health care benefit, can I get couple more days? whatever it may be ...drag your feet)
its a game learn to play by the rules.
