Graduating with a double major in Mechanical & Software Engineering with a focus in Optimization/ML. Anyone know of positions that can simultaneously harness both these degrees, specifically at #tesla or other automotive companies?

    Yeah I have a similar background and frankly nobody seems to care. Some simulation companies may be interested though in my experience.

    It seems despite all the talk of looking for engineers that understand systems top to bottom they don't actually jump at those engineers.
