Just read that Amazon Alexa alone has 3500 people in it. That just blows my mind. I know how much I can accomplish just myself coding my own apps. Why the hell does it take 3500 people? What does everyone do? I've never been in a big dev company before so legitimately baffled.

At my company, everyone works on every part of their version on the product. Every Android dev can and should work on any Android part, etc.
