L7 TLM at Google. Unhappy. What next?

Stuck at L7 for years. Back when Google was small, work was so much fun, but now I don't believe there's any fun left here.
Thought about joining Meta because at least they are building "something", but guess it's more hell?

What are my options?

TC is 800k but I'm willing to sacrifice 100k or so if it's less miserable than Google.

I saw some peers joining Databricks but I don't even know what they do.
Also thought about Niantic because I like Pokemon and they seem less evil but they don't seem to have a job for me.
