They are being integrated fully into UHG so Rally won’t exist after September. And neither will those benefits, cause you’ll be a UHG employee.. 50-50 chance your TC stays the same or reduced.
Did you ask the recruiter at all about the UHG integration they are going through rn? This offer is only valid till September. That’s when UHG will give you a new offer.. which won’t be as good
Don’t fall into this trap op. We have been told that after September, there won’t be any new equity grants to any engineer since we are being merged with Optum digital. You also won’t get any raise or bonus with meets expectations rating in your annual review. So, comp growth at rally in non-existent. It I were you, I would use the offer as leverage to negotiate with other companies and go elsewhere.
It’s crazy that they are still hiring people telling them unlimited pto etc.
No unlimited PTO from September end. But you still get bonus and equity once a year based on performance.
You won’t get equity. They have already told us that in the all hands.
