I got 360k for ic4, that sounds low for ic5. U can definitely push for more. Atleast get 50k signon. But the recruiter bs is high at Nvidia, they play real hard. Not sure why. You fix on what you need and be firm. mostly they will come close.

  My thoughts also - in levels.fyi it indicates that people are still getting 400k range RSU. What’s the L5 base pay range and what’s L5 refresher RSU ?

  Because it depends on interview performance as well. Sometimes 5 YOE is much knowledgeable or useful than 20 YOE. So level might be similar but RSU can be very different
