What does #Cognizant to do for denied H1B visa transfer petitions if the employee has been working on receipt?

Do they re-file the same petition again ? Do they move the person to a new role and file different petition? Do they move the person to a different global location ( possibly their home country)?

Need legitimate advice .... please no trolling ...

Send them to their home country if there is an office there for them to work from, and depending on what the employee wants (stay in home country or attempt returning to the US), their petition is re-filed. The process takes a lot longer nowadays, upto several months. Just refiling for an extension/transfer denial has taken over 6-7 months in some cases, and there have been many people whose refiling was also rejected, so they continued in their home country. Some decided to move to another country. It all depends on how good one is with their work, and how valuable one is to the company, because that determines how much support one would get from their boss and/or client. There is no rule as far as I know and it's very case specific. Whether such people can continue to work from the overseas office until then depends on the client's comfort level, not whether the company wants it or not. They aren't fired though, if that's what OP is trying to find out.
