Is IC3 at Roblox a down level for 8.5 YOE + Masters degree?

My TC is lower than their 400k mark but Amazon stock is more stable.

  If you get the Sr SDE level definitely go for that (although depending on which FAANG it may pay less than Roblox IC3)

How many coding/system design/behavioral rounds are there for IC3 ? I am wondering do they decide IC2/IC3 before onsite and interview loop is same or its different?

Depends on your current level. If you are Sr.SDE it is definitely downlevel. IC4/IC5 maps to Sr.SDE.
