I see people on LinkedIn with just 5-6 yrs of experience getting Principal Software Engineer positions and getting senior principal in couple more years. When I checked levels.fyi/Glassdoor I see the TC is like G8/G10 (around 200K for senior principal).
What am I missing here ?
