Apple india compensation structure

I have got selected for ICT3 role with 6yrs of experience in Bangalore.
Fixed is 23lpa +PF.
Hr has not provided the employer contribution to PF.
Can any one help me on employer pf alloted?

      May be. But my comparison is simply based on device price to salary ratio. Device price in America is around 50% lower than device price in India. But salaries in India is around 50% lower than America for same level.

      Yeah, i get ur point.
      Thanks to the import duty and Govt for it!
      Although, employees do get discounts on product

      I got my pro max worth 1.4 lacs in india for just 60k
      Enployees perks are sorted imo :)

    It will be 12% of your basic. If you do not know your basic as per new rules(not sure if they are in force) it will be 50% of your CTC. So about 1.38L for 23L.
    Btw have they not offered any stocks or joining bonus?

      No I am not in apple. Btw this looks kind of less. I would suggest you try and negotiate for more. Ask for joining bonus and stock options. They should give you either of the two. Say that you will be missing your annual bonus at Walmart(you should be getting it by March right?) and hence you would like that to be compensated.

    Most of the time compensation numbers are based on your current salary . HR must have given 15 to 25% hike on current numbers . Regarding negotiation :- HR negotiate salary with more number of candidates daily then you will negotiate with HR in your entire life .max you can ask for is better joining bonus .and some relocation perks
