Tsukino, of course it is biased. You do realize that the the proportion of nonstop workaholics is not constant across companies, right? Hope you are eng, not DS.
I made this post because there is too many broad/vague speculation without actual data from current employees. From each company, you can take the ratio (or %) of employees who work over weekends as one metric on wlb; hours per week (e.g. >40) is yet another - which can be in a different poll.
