plan to stay in the house/condo that i will buy for 1-2 years and then rent it out later which area will be good and in high demand for renting the apartment?
Who would rent apartment in factoria? As there are no companies around
It's like a 5-7 minute drive to DT bellevue (though granted not walking distance).
T-Mobile has about 5,000 employees in Factoria, plus a few thousand contractors. It’s also convenient for I-90.
Probably both, I would expect DT bellevue to be a lot more expensive for a comparable quality property
Both. You have TMobile in Factoria and close to DT and Seattle. DT Bellevue is going to continue rapid growth for a while.
Bothell May be better around $700K single families you homes right? For some reason I never liked factorial area.
Bothell lol
There is a ton of new tech jobs coming to DT Bellevue over the next 5 years. I would look for places walking distance from future light rail stations, which opens in 3 years time. Factoria will be cheaper, but will not get that same surge when light rail opens. However, I405 south is about to start years of construction and Factoria might be attractive as you can avoid using it to drive or bus to downtown.
