moving from gov career to def and need a fair benchmark for negotiations. anyone know their non-tech sr staff PM band? jobid 523196BR TC 120k
So, at aeronautics in fort worth, the agile coach/PM/scrum master or whatever where given software engineer titles and paybands even though they didnt code or anything. Not sure if it's the same in California. Also from my experience they don't negotiate much.
Thanks
Looks like it's a Denver position. IC4. Most likely pay around 125-130k base. Bonus, depending on rating about 8-12% and 401k of 10% salary. Hope that helps. You can do math for TC
Def helps thanks
Dam 8-12% bonus? I was at Lockheed for a year and got the highest rating and that only gave me like a 5% bonus
IC1?
Yep
