fb/g max new grad comp?
what is max tc for return intern at fb/g assuming i have return offer from js/2s/cit? i know that they cant beat finance but how close could they get? seems like google is higher than fb on levels.fyi but want to hear from personal expeirence

base/annual bonus/annual rsu/signing FB 118/11.8/55/100, maybe 62.5 rsu per year G at least 120/18/75/75, maybe higher is possible G will try to say your annual bonus in quant finance isn't guaranteed and value it at 0 and proceed to "match" that over 4 years. Don't take their bs. Stock value isn't guaranteed either (heard the term "past performance is no guarantee of future results" before?), but you take it at current fair market value. If you get a return offer from js, forget fb/g.
