Asana will pay more, let you have more ownership/impact and won't require you to go through interviews to return for full time.

@OP You'll have no trouble getting interviews with Asana on your resume. You can definitely have ownership/impact at large companies but it is a lot easier at small successful companies, especially as a new grad.
