This is a very good read. I know about startup options seen and liquidation preference. I remember few yrs ago Uber recruiters used to shamelessly say it on your face that you will have to come at a slightly lower base. Our options are worth a lot.
I never took their offer. Maybe options would have been worth something. I don’t know.
But how did it go for Lyft,Slack ,Uber employees in recent IPO?
Did most of you make a MM and above?
