  • Not good. As someone that just left FMC/mobility, there's no innovation in future plans, and there's no glory in bragging about monetizing customer data. Internal engineering resources are fine, but Ford leadership + the fact that there are seemingly 3 PMs that don't have any technical (or automotive) experience for every engineer are worthless.

    Argo is a seemingly poor investment, and EV is transitioning, but slowly. If Farley doesn't start making moves Hackett may have seriously killed Ford.

    Ford has the worst leadership of the Big 3, by far. And it's going to show. Every Ford CEO commits the company to big change and then leaves because they fail to execute. This has been the story for the last 50 years.

    You are absolutely correct. Ford got worst leadership both at enterprise and portfolio level. I was surprised to know that people can become LL4 with helpdesk support experience. Instead of creating value these clueless leaders are creating redundant applications and adding complexity of already screwed up infrastructure.
