Is it worth it to negotiate after accepting an offer?

I accepted a new grad product manager offer (Offer 1). The breakdown is-
$110k base, RSU $40k/3 years, performance bonus up to 10%
Fully remote role, starting in fall
I recently received an offer from Google (Offer 2) which I will not be accepting because I want to be remote. However, the Google offer is-
$116k base, RSU $85k/4 years, performance bonus minimum 15%
When I received offer 1, I did not even think to negotiate because I didn’t have many better offers at the time. Now I feel like I should have negotiated because I have my masters and no one else in the program does.
Do you think I can use the Google offer to open up a convo to negotiate? If so, is it worth it? Any help please?

It’s bad form, but they might negotiate. You also need to be ready to be dropped and blacklisted for reneging
