Coursera vs Coinbase

In the process of interviewing for coinbase and coursera. Fairly confident I will be able to get an offer from both.
I'm mostly looking for an increase in TC which both these companies will provide.
I'm interested in your thoughts regarding culture, wlb, company trajectory, and maybe other things I haven't thought of. I'm currently leaning towards Coinbase. This is for a backend role.

IC4 Coinbase : 149k base, 72k stocks (quarterly vest), 10% bonus, 10% sign on

Coursera : ? Recruiter said easily over 200k tc, 1 year cliff

Current TC :90k
YoE : ~4years
