  1. Base is 60% more which can compensates your cost of living
  2. Your TC is 3 times more.
  3. You can still search for other opportunities in bay area even after joining Tesla.

Cost of living is no joke, make sure you price out your move. No kids will definitely help curb a COL adjustment. If you plan on staying in automotive I don't think Tesla brand name is that big of deal
