I understand that Netflix is pretty specific in how they hire but am looking for any tips on how to prepare for phone screen. I have a coder pad set up so am assuming a coding question. Job req revolves around Java, microservices, NoSQL, REST and distributed systems. HM actually emphasized that he wasn't looking for a technical genius and more a PM type figure who can also code and design which is my preferred role.
