Equinix offer

Hi .. I had an interview with equinix and the Hiring Manager mentioned I will hear from HR. Since I am not a fan off following up I just sent one single email to the recruiter but I did not get any reply . The recruiter but the HM in cc while scheduling the interview but I did not want to approach him directly so I did not cc him . Now I logged in to workday and still I can't see the application which I interviewed for ( I can see only old application which is already closed). Any one have an idea how long it take to get an update from them ?? Also do they send rejection email to unselected candidates because I heard that some time they are not replying with yes or no ??? I applied for a position in middle east
