Accenture salary

Any accenture managers willing to anonymously share their 1st manager year salary? - management consulting (cmt) Have a strong indication of getting promoted this year - just want to hear the ranges (total comp) thanks! PS would be happy to hear from non accenture MC folks as well

Accenture? Run!

Aon Noa Aug 15, 2017

Why run ? I'm curious.

They hire great people early on in their careers but I've seen people who spend too long there burn out or turn horribly political

110k to 120k is "normal" with exceptions low and high.

Made Manager back in 2011 and got a raise up to $90K in San Francisco. My counselees were making $110Kish when getting promo'd in recent years.

Where are you based? I'm in SF and make a bit over 100 as a consultant.

Accenture MxWC21 OP Aug 15, 2017

Based out of New York

Accenture MxWC21 OP Aug 15, 2017

I'm at 110k as a "3rd year" consultant

Accenture TtwT62 Aug 15, 2017

You'll likely see a 10-15k bump. Geography adjusted...

Accenture MxWC21 OP Aug 15, 2017

That's it? I thought managers were making 140k flat

Accenture MxWC21 OP Aug 15, 2017

And strategy managers 180k
