So I missed the deadline of getting on the company-offered insurance and have been talking to state farm, for the whole time state farm didn't mention the potential risk of rejecting my case until it did a few days ago. But at that point, I have already filed application for exemption (I misunderstood the deadline for filing exemptions as Nov 1st, and thought there is no issue with getting apperoved by state farm, so it's fault on my part). But now since it's not enough time for me to get another policy, is there anyway for me to withdraw my exemption application with the state? I didn't mean to perform tax fraud but the application process is so confusing and messed up. At this point I just want to withdraw my application and move on with life, if that's even a choice.

So as long as you're not doing that without a valid insurance policy, then you will not be breaking any laws. And you will start paying taxes in Jan 2022
So, you still have time to do that. DM if you need referral to my agent
