Me: 10 YoE (7 in tech, 3 outside of tech)
Role: Director PM on a tech team
Original offer
Base: $240,000
RSU: $250,000 ($62,500 / yr)
Sign-on: $100,000
Target bonus: $100,000
Yearly TC: $402,500 + $100,000 sign-on
Final offer
Base: $250,000
RSU: $275,000 ($68,750 / yr)
Sign-on: $100,000 ($50,000 / yr)
Target bonus: $100,000
Yearly TC: $418,750 + $100,000 sign-on
My questions are:
1. Does Expedia actually have an RSU bonus target, and is his estimate accurate?
2. Is this package low, medium, or high for N-level Director?
