This might be more applicable to smaller companies, but what are some companies with a notably bad work culture, high dysfunctionality, crazy/incompetent management, low morale? Being in Enterprise software, I've heard a lot of bad things about Apttus (over 400 people turned over the last 2-3 months) and Anaplan (have been CEO-less for nearly 8 months). Heard from a friend Workday is going downhill too. Anyone got any truly bad companies to work for (besides the usual suspects of Uber and Amazon)?
Within Microsoft, the HoloLens group is notably bad to work for. They've lost a huge number of people in the last year and there is a full time HR rep shadowing big meetings.
wow.. isn't it supposed to be next big thing from msft?
I noticed the HR rep too before I left! I thought it was a coincidence since one of the presenters preparing for "a mini retirement" which ended with him joining FB a few months later lol. What is the point of HR being in these meetings? To document if someone burns themselves alive for having to work under the self-proclaimed Demi-god, Alex Kipman?
