Product Owner or Data Analyst? (Have 2 offers)

I have 2 offers I'm deciding between right now. One is a Series A Fintech startup where I would be a Data Analyst. The other is a publicly traded biotech company of about 400 people where I would be a Product Owner. What role is going to help me further my career most?

Fintech Startup - Data Analyst:
Company info: About 50 people; mission driven; employees seem young, fun, and caring; the manager seems amazing
Role info: Would use SQL, Python, and visualization software to analyze and visualize data and derive insights to make product decisions (e.g. which features to build out, which markets to target, etc); I would be the first DA on the team

Biotech Company - Product Owner
Company info: About 400 people; publicly traded; mission driven; makes sequencing technology (basically makes tools for scientists)
Role info: Would groom the software product backlog and be the middle person in between product marketing and engineering; would lead scrum ceremonies; would figure out which features to prioritize and build out based on the needs of customers; the people I met seem a bit older
