second round for me was the hiring manager- mostly, they wanna see that you can make decisions in ambiguous environments. our tech stack is always in transition, but especially now- what part of the company?
I did complete my hiring manager round. Manager was super impressed. Based on our conversation. Upcoming round is with peer and engineering manager(s).
I had 3 rounds back to back (weds, thurs, Friday). First and last we’re behavioral and 2nd was Design Thinking with a random problem you had to iterate on. Not technical at all. This was for a PO II role.
