5 years out is a mid level counsel. 230k is actually a bit high on the base at a number of the tech companies where you're all in would be in 220k range. So this offer skews to all cash and it's actually not bad. If you were FAANG sans Google, you'd pull down probably 280 all in, and that's then higher side of the pay scale.
Realistically if I were in your shoes I'd try to get 240ish and maybe a small sign on bonus.
