I have a recruiter call with Snap next week and I wonder what their style is.

So far, I have interviewed with Google, Meta, Uber, and Amazon.

I found each company is very different in what they expected and what questions they would ask.

Google loves moonshot ideas and creativity, their questions aren’t limited to their own product. They also expect multiple questions within a session.

Uber loves practical ideas and they are less structured in their interview process compared to Meta and Google. They asked mostly Uber related product design question

Meta is in between and more structured in their interview process, but their process drag very long. Meta likes to ask Meta related questions in general, but it won’t be a surprise that they ask something out of the blue

Amazon asks behavioral most of the time. Few interviewers, probably stay in other companies before, will ask some product questions. Most related to what the interviewers team is doing, but it could also be other general product questions

I wonder what Snap PM interview style looks like. Do they mostly ask Snap related product questions and what emphasis they have in answering their interview questions? Do they like moonshot idea or practical ideas which could be implemented in a short time frame.
