Looking to evaluate two offers
One from Meta and another from chegg. Which one should I go ahead with ? Both roles are at DS level

Meta - TC 197 ( 159k base + 22k stock + 10 % bonus )

Chegg - 210k ( 175K Base + 35 K stock + 20k sign on + 0 bonus)

No sign on from meta. No annual bonus from chegg.

    Negotiate meta to give you a joining bonus. I am joining meta at E5 and got a 100k joining bonus.

    I think it's worth considering wlb too. I do DS at chegg and it's a good mix of interesting problems + low stress. Do what's best for you though

      Lol I can't even get time from analytics at all. I have never gotten them to do a single analysis or revenue contribution for anything for my team. Meanwhile, they do analyses that the business requests that are actually useful to us and they don't even share that or let us modify any of the asks in a way that would help. The fact that you get any support at all is a blessing.
