I got an offer for TPM3 for discovery inc. The team is in Bellevue office. It’s becoming difficult for me to move for first year as it will impact the perm process etc. Anyone working in discovery can share how much they are flexible with location?

Do you think they will agree if I move there after say 10months of joining. I am in Bay Area currently and can go to Bay Area office easily.
Please suggest.

    Teams at Discovery are pretty distributed with the main hubs being in Seattle, New York and London; it’s likely that your most of the days will be spend on zoom even if you go to an office. Ask your recruiter or hiring manager for your options. Congrats on the offer!
