Curious on how people working at Square think the company is doing and whether they enjoy working there?
In particular, is there still a lot of potential for Square to innovate? Create new streams of revenue?
Separately, how is leadership? Promotions? Culture?
I only ask this as a few people I know there are saying itβs kind of a dying company and has messy leadership. Though I wanted to hear from other folk about their thoughts.

After our recent stock drop, I think core did a great job of looking out for us by giving the majority of us huge refreshers that brought us close to, back to, or even over our original offers. I personally feel much more motivated and positive after seeing that my employer is looking out for us in this way.
The people Iβve worked with at SQ (even virtually) have been far nicer and more collaborative than other companies Iβve worked at.
