So I was looking and this public report from 2019 showing some distributions.
I was particularly wondering how close this is at least for tech roles in SLU, Kirkland and Fremont offices.
And btw. Is there na incentive for hiring managers to get more diverse hires?

Edit: perhaps I should also clarify..
I heard a rumour that some sort of incentive exist in another company in the area to have more diverse team to balance statistics. Just wondering about that. This being completely unrelated to hiring based on skill(which I believe should be the case and best way to make unbiased hires).
No disrespect intended to any group of people.
I'm just wondering about the numbers and incentives.

Or maybe they have a huge recruiting office in Harlem, by Columbia where white and Asians are minorities.
Giving them that " different mindset and view things at a different angle...that's the Hispanics and African Americans don't have."
Listen to yourself...judging a person on their race instead of their experience.
You don't know how someone grew up based on their race.
