I am an L4 at Amazon and have been working for over a year and I am on my stem OPT
Amazon is my first job out of college and I started during COVID and WFH.
I have been recently PIPed and have been given the pivot plan which I am going through.
5 weeks into the project I see that this is not an achievable target, but manager says keep hope as the decision can also be subjective where they will consider the reason for delay and look into the stuff I have completed and take a decision.
I have 2 options here:
1. Give everything and try to complete as much as I can.
2. Just start leetcoding and look for other jobs.
This project is taking a toll on me physically and mentally and I am not sure if going through this is worth it.

Definitely early career though. That said, I'm not sure how realistic it is to have a dream early career.
It'd sure be nice.
