Guy i knew from MSFt, long time senior engineer, was doing quite well. We tried to get him in to FB but his response was "MSFT is treating me well ! I have no reason to move !" ,ends up getting laid off in today's layoffs. This just reinforced my belief that says "fuck loyalty, look out for yourself first" . What do other people think about this ?
