I went for my onsite for a pgm role last thursday in mtv and still haven’t heard back from the recruiter. i followed up yesterday but no response yet. totally anxiety ridden, does anyone know typically how long it takes for you to get feedback?
My recruiter told me 5 business days to get feedback for a SWE role. Hang in there!
Thank you!!
My feedback took 2 weeks
Oy, that’s a long time
Did you get it?
My interviews concluded on 24th, 25th July. Recruiter says they will get back early next week. Just waiting.
Good luck!
I got a response in 1.5 weeks
The wait continues I guess. Lol
Also did u end up getting an offer?
A week if you told them you are actively interviewing and/or you have finished some onsite already. A couple of weeks or longer in a normal case. If you have sent the recruiter a followup email (after a week), which you did, they usually respond within two business days unless the recruiter is out sick or on vacation without giving you a heads up. too many factors... i wanna say longer you wait higher the chance you pass ;) crossfinger and good luck.
Thank you!!! Im totally having post interview trauma, thinking about all the things I should’ve said or done better! Lol
I think you are not the only one to experience that. In my case a question was asked, and I tool my time to answer and was confident that I have responded smartly enough. Until a few hours after when I realized their motive of asking this Qn was different... I was like Damnnnn.... I shared this with recruiter, and she shared its normal and she too experienced that.
Yes. All rounds were to be done in a day, but end moment an interviewer couldn't make it so they re-scheduled RRK for another day. They offered to do it via Hangout but I thought face to face is always much better.
Keep posted how things unfold for you
I read that non-eng hc is easier than eng hc somewhere on blind. But I’m super nervous
Any updates? I am still waiting to hear back.
I have a phone interview round coming up for PgM role. OP, would you mind sharing what kind of questions they asked you in phone interview? I can DM you.
🙄
May sound funny... but I am preparing for AWS and found some of the better answers that I could've given during Google (Leadership/Googley) interviews. I'd say for for google leadership interview, make sure to understand this AWS principles 'Have backbone, disaree and commit' they want to see you can disagree if needed. And have leadership traits.
Within 2 hours, or it’s a reject. WTF? Wait longer!
It’s been a week.
