Candidates get a rating of Strong No Hire/No Hire/Leaning No Hire/Leaning Hire/Hire/Strong Hire. You then write out your notes and assess a bunch of rubrics from Poor/Borderline/Solid/Outstanding. Categories include Coding, Design, Communication, Efficacy and then a bunch of other stuff that doesn’t always get filled out. You write some specific comments for each of these. After that you write a three sentence summary.
