I am so sick of cross time zone meetings

I don't understand why the leadership decides to let teams in 3 different time zones to work on the same project and same code base. I have worked with offshore teams before and we had clear boundary of responsibilities, and we hardly stepped on each other's toes. But this time everything is mixed up, and even our customers are confused who they should reach out to. And to solve that we've been having either 7 AM or 8 PM meetings at least 4 times a week, not to mention all those late night chats with the offshore team. The wfh policy already made it not that easy to communicate with teammates in the same time zone, and now I feel my life is just filled with endless zoom calls, slack messages and emails that can happen anytime every day. I can see that the quality of the project is going down and I've been pushing back constantly on some bad decisions, but with the time difference I feel like I'm just punching at nowhere. I'm leaving EG next year in February and I genuinely hope my teammates can get out of this shit hole.
