TC: $120
YOE: 13
Orlando

I’m looking to apply to roles at Amazon via a friend who will be referring me. I dont want to mess up this opportunity but im unsure with the titles on the job site, which most applies to my experience. I know companies have different titles so any insight would be great.

My background:
- 13 YOE
- 4 of those years in Digital Marketing (up to Director role with direct reports)
- 9 of those years in Technical/Digital Project Management
- Companies: No-name Ad Agency, IBM and Disney

Also, would my experience been considered Sr. at Amazon?

Appreciate any help!

It depends on how you interview. Just an FYI program management and project management are two different things

I’ve read threads on here that debate that. How do you see the difference?

Project management is focused on deliverables and typically project agnostic ie: you can work on any project because you don’t need domain expertise to perform your role. Program management is focused on strategic optimization with context of the domain
