The startup in which I'm in, failed. So, I had to find jobs. Now I have received only 2 offers, where one startup is offering me 60LPA as fixed and nothing else while another is offering me 54LPA base with some stocks. In my current mindset, I just need a job. So, I'm planning to join the first startup as they seem to be good people from interactions while the other requires a relocation + I'm not sure whether they are open with me. I don't know whether I'm overthinking or just being stressed about current situation is clouding my judgement and is forcing me to play safe. Sorry cant reveal more information about startup names as my friends use Blind. Please advise or give suggestions. Thanks!

Sounds like you're going through a tough time. 60 lpa will at least resolve your financial worries. Then you can work on solving other aspects.

Take the job. You can always Switch later and earn more money. This time it is important to put yourself together.

The difference isn’t that big. What interests you , the product and team matters more.

Try it for an year and see if it makes sense for you. You can always keep looking for a better fit. Or who knows once you make an impact, you can renegotiate. Nothing is permanent, you can always course correct.
