What's base salary at Airbase, did they ask your SG salary before making offer?
Yes asked SG salary but they said can't match. Base is around 30L.
It's good for full remote position
How about stock options? Is it 7 lakhs per year? How about refreshers per year?
No refreshers at Airbase.
The offer looks about right. But it can vary a bit depending on the role offered.
35L for a remote offer is quite good, Havent they offered you equity ?
If they have offered you good equity, Its a nice offer to take, They just got $60M in series B
Hi OP, can you please share your interview experience with airbase, I am interviewing with them and would like to know more. Please feel free to pm me, I am unable to it. Thanks so much.
Hi, can you please tell what to expect in the coding round.. I have an upcoming coding round in two days.
Hey tuki, did you had the interview? Can pls share the types of rounds
Itâs a lowball. Airbase has good funding and traction. I know someone who was offered and accepted 50L+ at yoe 9 years. Not sure what the break up was. He had said the ceo and the cto are transparent with him. I would suggest, negotiate upto 45-50L TC. Your stock is going to grow a lot. Remember that they have employees all over the world and pay in USD/EUR.
Yes, this is a super lowball offer. Indian startups will pay more than this.
Where do you work currently ? Also consider the income slabs in India, at 85ksgd you are probably paying 7% tax, but in India you will be paying 30% no matter where you are living.
It's a startup around 200 employee. Education is too expensive here.
