leave after 1 month vs declining an offer?

I'm 1 month in Exxon Mobil and i've received an offer from Microsoft now.

it's not in US, so salaries in my small country are very slim.

Exxon Mobile pays - $2,300 a month

Microsoft offers - $3,000 a month

Should i burn the bridges with Exxon Mobile and move with Microsoft? Or better decline Microsoft offer and stick to Exxon for a while?

    Think about the norms of your country and about how connected the people are who work at these companies in your country (is it a small network of people, are these the tops paying jobs, are they rare, etc).

    In the US, I’d say take the new/better offer, there are a lot of good jobs and companies here where you wouldn’t have to run into the same people, but if the professional class is small in your country, don’t burn the bridge

      my country is in top 15 oil based countries. And Exxon Mobil is the biggest oil company in our region, in salary they are probably in 80% percentile.
