The great apes – gorillas, chimpanzees, bonabos, orangutans – live lazy lives. They typically spend eight to 10 hours a day resting, eating and grooming and then sleep at night for nine to 10 hours. Chimpanzees walk only about 4km a day, gorillas less.
Male lions spend 18 to 20 hours a day snoozing. If they happen to have a big meal, they may even sleep for 24 hours. Tigers are basically the same.
Just relax people you don't need to chase behind things and constantly make progress towards random made up targets to feel "productive". You don't need to always be accomplishing things to feel good.
There is nothing wrong with living a normal life.
That's why I am going to work hard temporarily now and get into Google and chill forever.
