    Tbh I prefer the old school. Calendy is too impersonal, what you spam a bunch of emails and hope for a phone screen.

    Why don’t you create a Calendly link and share it with recruiters? Recruiters are probably just following the standard process. Most ATSs are stupid but recruiters need interview records there.
