Applied Materials India- Offer review

I’m getting an offer of 32.2 LPA (29.5 fixed + 2.7 variable) + $2000 stock options (25% vested pa) + 200000 joining bonus for a Front end Lead position However the variable component certainly makes it a bad offer coz the parallel offer is all fixed. How much can I ask as a counter #offer in such a case?
